Key Types of Relations:

Reflexive: A relation where every element is related to itself. 

Symmetric: A relation where if 'a' is related to 'b', then 'b' is also related to 'a'. 

Transitive: A relation where if 'a' is related to 'b', and 'b' is related to 'c', then 'a' is also related to 'c'. 

Equivalence: A relation that is reflexive, symmetric, and transitive. 

Antisymmetric: A relation where if 'a' is related to 'b' and 'b' is related to 'a', then 'a' must be equal to 'b'. 

Identity: A relation where every element is only related to itself. 

Inverse: A relation obtained by swapping the elements in each ordered pair of the original relation. 

Empty: A relation with no elements. 

Universal: A relation where every element is related to every other element.
