ASMR relaxing head massage before sleep (with my boyfriend! 💌)

In today's video, I am bringing one of the most special people ever on my channel for a relaxing massage before bed! Nick and I have been together for 5 years this month and I was very happy when he agreed to participate in his first ASMR video. He is a private person who typically likes to remain off camera, so please be supportive and kind. To aid with relaxation, I cleaned our bedroom thoroughly earlier in the day and put clean sheets on the bed so the atmosphere would be peaceful and comforting. I will be using some gentle massage tools as well as lavender oil (studies have shown that it can improve the quality of sleep, especially in individuals who suffer from insomnia, anxiety, depression, and other sleep disorders).
