Hey Beauties!

This Series that I am starting is a vulnerable side to me. I am being completely transparent in this #series. You will get 100% of my personality and what i go through on a daily while dealing with #depression and #anxiety.

This really means to me I want people to see what it is like to be someone that is dealing with depression and anxiety. Some people on teh see the surface level of what it is like to deal with something like this

My goal is touch as meaning people that are like me. I want them to know whoever they may be, to know that you have someone you can relate to and it is okay to feel the way you do. Regardless of what others may think of you. This is a judgment free zone. I hope this touches and would love to see what you have to say in the comment section.

This month I took time to do a 21 day fast and prayer with my local church. I took the time to get closer to God and figure out why certain things were happening to me. As a result I realized there were a lot of things I was holding on to that I need to let go go of.
