The main reason why we bought a Hardtop Gazebo is because we wanted to replace our old Regency gazebo which we've purchased twice in the last few years. Every year, we had to take out the canvas roof in the fall before the snow started falling and re-install the canopy back in the Spring. Sometimes we had to take it down during heavy rain, high wind and stormy weather. This hardtop gazebo supposedly designed to be able to withstand 22lbs/square foot or about 1 foot of snow and strong wind up to 60 mph. We've anchored to feet of the post to the patio stone.

There are many brands out there such as Domi Outdoor Living, ABCCANOPY, HAPPATIO, MELLCOM, EROMMY, YITAHOME, Kozyard Alexander, PURPLE LEAF, YOLANY, COSIEST, Regency, HOTEEL and more on Amazon (but we bought from Temu because it's a lot cheaper). They come in different sizes such as 8'x8', 8 ft by 10ft, 10x12, 12x16 with various color and wood grain as well. Some offers free shipping as well as up to 5-year warranty.
