I’m From Sri Lanka and currently am a chef at Legoland Dubai (Dubai Parks & Resorts). I have been in the UAE Since 2010. Additionally, I have worked at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Rixos Palm Dubai, and Al Jawhara Hotel. As a chef, I specialize in Italian Cuisine.
I have prepared homemade Cappelletti Ricotta Spinach Stuffed Pasta. Cappelletti is traditionally from the Italian region of Emilia. This is one of the world-famous stuffed pastas, and traditionally filled with a mixture of cheeses. Hope you enjoy the video.
