Night Tokyo walk from Kudanshita, Iidabashi to Kagurazaka・4K HDR

No talking or faces, natural surround sound only.
I found two events going nearby at similar time. One was lanterns in the moat around Imperial palace and another one - Obon festival near Iidabashi - Kagurazaka.
When I arrived to Kudanshita station neat the moat lite rain started and lantern even go cancelled. Then I walked through Tokyo from Chiyoda city to Shinjuku city to Iidabashi station. It was quite crowded, there was a food stalls area near Zenkoku temple. Further to Kagurazaka station I fount people doing Obon dance. I had to replace the audio due to music issues.
