Fischbein Model PILS 300, Top pinch, inner liner hot air bag sealer rated up to 75 linear feet per minute with number of bags - depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Multi-wall paper, pinch bag sealer that have a preapplied hot-melt adhesive strip and heat-sealable polyethylene or foil inner liners, can also be used to seal standard pinch-style bags that do not have inner liners. Equipped with 192" long x 12" wide powered bag belt conveyor, pre-heating station for pre-applied glue with single fold over station, final bag heat sealing and cooling section and hand crank height adjustable. Control panel control panel has digital temperature display, key pad for variable speed control, and dual emergency stop buttons.and machine start / stop button. Breakaway design eliminates costly downtime caused by bag jams while allowing easy cleaning and service of the hot air manifold and bag folder. Mounted on height adjustable frame with casters to roll over existing conveyor.
