[HORRIFIC] Tower of Spiralling Fates: Nerfed

Wow, this was a good tower to grind. I was getting unlucky at the start of 9 during the end of my grind, so I instead finished off Tower of Water Melon, then I came back to this tower to give it another shot. I failed floor 9 after coming back (in this run) but then I got back to 9 again, and I managed to fluke to the winpad from the very first jumps of 9 which was very surprising for me as floor 9 is definitely the hardest floor in this tower (maybe 6 is harder). I am the second victor of this but as far as I know I verified this as the other person doesn't have recorded proof (you don't need to record to be on podium). I have recently submitted this tower to the everything list in TTC, so I'll have to wait and see where this tower gets placed, note that I did do this tower on 90 fps and not 240.
