A: The West Virginia Tattoo Expo is a gathering of some of the best tattoo artists from around the United States that tattoo onsite all weekend in Morgantown. This is an opportunity to get a tattoo or tattoos from the best under one roof in one place. There will be an abundant display of exceptional art as well as tattoo contests, live art collaborations and a Miss Tattoo West Virginia Contest(based on tattoos and presentation, please keep it classy). There will also be some very cool vendors offering unique items. ALL ARTISTS ARE MON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT LICENSED.
