Where to go for Sunset in Lombok - Travel Indonesia in 2021

Often referred to as Lombok Sunset Point the best Lombok sunset vista over water is at Bukit Merese. This is the best Lombok sunset beach on the south section of the island in my opinion.

Bukit Merese hill is a peninsula which sticks out far enough to be able to watch the sunset over the water, looking back onto Lombok island, giving the perfect Lombok sunset view.

Lombok Island Indonesia in is the area known as West Nusa Tenggara Indonesia close to Bali. I am not sure that Bukit Merese can beat the best sunset in Bali, but it is definitely the best sunset in Lombok south.
