Ancient and Unique game of Lahaul valley - Bow and arrow || Leycho Kuns

The game of Bow and Arrow is celebrated as a festival in almost every Himalayan region . This game is one of the unique and ancient game of Lahaul valley . This festival is being celebrated for 3 days in all together in three villages . Yurnath, Gumling and Guskyar . In this video I have covered the last day of this festival which was celebrated in Guskyar village . In Lahaul valley winter is all about festivals celebration .Three age groups participated in this game from the three villages. Two targets have been set . The target in east is for deity and opposite target is called Deeh ( bad spirit) . In this festival everyone set their target and try to fail the deeh target . Wining deity target brings peace and prosperity to the village . Later in the evening everyone gather together in a house and lot of traditional dance has been done . Traditional food is served to everyone and no one will stop themselves from dancing in traditional Lahauli music .
