Useful BMW 520 Features

Today we look at some useful BMW 520 features in this drivers guide to owning a BMW 520d G30 2017. We have many hidden features with this BMW 520 and today we look at the presets that can be saved on what looks like the entertainment panel but we can save more than just radio stations behind these. We also look at how to send destinations to the sat nav in the car from our BMW app.

The numbers on the preset buttons are touch sensitive so by running our finger over them we display on the screen what is hidden behind each number. We can save more than just our favourite radio stations on these presets too which is very useful.

The sat nav can be used from the My BMW app which is saved on my phone. We can link this app to the car and also our online diary. Destinations can then be set on the app or pulled from the diary and sent to the car. This means that I can have destinations sent to me while I'm out on the road and they are sent straight to the car which means that I can set a new destination without having to pull over and read a text.

The hidden menu is one that I have found but do not know how to use. It is probably not important but I'm always curious to find out more about this BMW 520d.
