Welcome back to Interactive Training! In this session, we'll take a look at how to create a hierarchy in Power BI. I want to create a hierarchy with Category, Subcategory, and Product Name. Here's how you can do it:

Start by Clicking the Three Dots:

On the right side of Category, click the three dots at the top of your hierarchy.
Select Create Hierarchy from the dropdown menu.
Add Subcategory to the Hierarchy:

Find Subcategory in your fields list.
Click the three dots next to Subcategory.
Select Add to Hierarchy and choose the Category Hierarchy you just created.
Add Product Name to the Hierarchy:

Similarly, find Product Name.
Click the three dots next to it.
Select Add to Hierarchy and add it to the Category Hierarchy.
And you'll see that a new hierarchy has been added to your data. When you bring that hierarchy into your report, it will display all three fields in one cohesive structure.
