In this video I unbox the Coach Soft Empire in the size 40 and in the color black. I did have a quality issue during filming where the zipper pull came off. I contacted Coach but in the meantime I found a workaround so I can use the bag. If you’ve experienced any quality issues with this bag let me know or if you’ve had a zipper pull issue and have any suggestions they are greatly appreciated. #handbagunboxing
