MCC Round 2 Possibilities - Eligible, Resign, Upgrade, Refund?

MCC All India Counselling is scheduled to start from 16 Feb 2022. But, candidates have lot of confusion on the eligibility for round 2, choice filling and conditions for exit. In this video, I have explained the various possible scenarios for the following type of candidates:
Candidates who did not participate in Round 1
Candidates participated in Round 1, but did not get a seat
Candidates participated in Round 1, got an allotment, but did not join the allotted seat
Candidates participated in Round 1, got and allotment and joined the allotted college
