-3 tbsp Onion – finely chopped
-1 Green Chilli – finely chopped
-½ inch Ginger – grated
-2 tbsp Coriander leaves – finely chopped
-½ tsp Ajwain (carom seeds) – crushed with palm
-½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
-½ tsp Coriander Powder
-½ tsp Chaat Masala
-¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
-½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
-Salt – as per taste
-Oil – for shallow frying
For the Yogurt Dip:
-3 tbsp Curd (yogurt)
-1 Garlic clove – finely grated
-1 tbsp Honey
-A pinch of Salt
-¼ tsp Chilli Flakes
