In today's episode, both Michelle and Kathryn interviewed John Ennis, PhD, Cofounder & President of Aigora, a company aimed at assisting sensory & consumer science teams in implementing articial intelligence (AI). With a Ph.D. in mathematics and his postdoctoral work in computational neuroscience, John has more than a dozen years as a market research consultant specializing in sensory and consumer science. He is the author of 40+ peer-reviewed articles in a variety of fields and 2 books in sensory and consumer science, is chair-elect of E18 "Sensory Evaluation,” is incoming chair of the Sensometric Society, a speaker and workshop organizer at numerous international conferences; and a popular instructor at dozens of short courses. John also serves on the editorial boards of Food Quality and Preference and Journal of Sensory Studies.
