Samsung Trade In Sucks - They Said My S20 Was Cracked!

Samsung trying to charge me $250 for damage that either occurred at the trade in facility or during shipment which they provided the label for so i had no control over the carrier used or insurance. I packed it well with a bubble mailer and more air pillows in a box. I've shipped plenty of phones and electronics without issue.
