SPDX is a popular SBOM format (Software Bill Of Materials). Version 3, which was recently released, introduces concepts such as Profiles and Relationships which make SPDX much more flexible, scalable and expressive.

In this video, I walk through SPDX core concepts using a visual editing tool called "dots". I designed it as a playground for newcomers, but it may also be used by experts for exploring and editing SBOMs.
