Review: A very nice sounding pedal. I definitely think it sounds better than a fuzz face. There may be better fuzz pedals I haven’t tried, but I plan on keeping the FZ-M. There are however, two things I don’t like about it. It amplifies the ground noise I’m inevitably going to get with my Les Paul Standard about x3 as much as my Analog Man Prince of Tone or Ibanez TS808HW. Also, I wish it had more crunch/breakup on individual notes! It breaks chords up just fine. The Classic tone is actually quite a bit more fuzzy than the Modern tone. Great pedal, but I recommend you try before you buy!
