In this video I talk about the versions of Detectives Harvey Bullock and Arnold Flass that appear in the new Batman cartoon, Batman Caped Crusader.

While Arnold Flass has always been a corrupt officer whenever he is featured in Batman media, Harvey Bullock is more an a fan favourite who was rough around the edges. Caped Crusader's Bullock is undeniably corrupt and commits some terrible crimes.
