Hey everyone, I have a new braces update for you! This video is about my last two orthodontic appointments, including my experience with temporary anchorage devices! I have what is called a canted occlusal plane (yes, I unfortunately mispronounced this during the video), which is when your upper jaw develops at an angle which can lead to a tilted smile. In order to correct this, my orthodontist installed a TAD (temporary anchorage device) into my upper jaw. Excited to see the results in the future!
