This new edit was done to undo several issues found on all releases of this show. The Blu-ray version was released at an incorrect 30fps frame rate that caused heavy ghosting throughout the footage. I’ve restored its original 24fps, as it was filmed, while also removing all the ghosting frames for a much sharper image overall. On top of that, the Blu-ray also had an ugly yellow filter on it which I have colour corrected to look much closer to the other correct releases of the show.

This edit also required a shot-by-shot rebuild of the whole video timeline. Every single camera angle had to be cut, re-synced, and lined up manually to sync properly with the audio. Any incorrect or mismatched shots were also removed or replaced with the correct footage. The replacement footage was either grabbed from other parts of the show or replaced with the low quality raw footage from Historic Films. If there was no footage available I left it blank, with a countdown to when more footage starts again. Finally, all the songs have been put in the correct order they were played in with missing sections of songs edited back in. Meaning Substitute and Naked Eye are in the correct spots and the footage for the 2nd verse of Shakin' All Over is included.

Some songs have very little footage to work with, mostly the Tommy section of the show. Overture through Eyesight To The Blind has no actual footage what so ever. I think they might not have been filmed at all. Perhaps the film crew had a 20 minute break before all the cameras started filming again on Christmas. The second half of Tommy starting at Fiddle About has very little footage to work with. All the cameras start back up again for See Me Feel Me and the show is mostly complete from that point until the end.
