Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken drumsticks
7 oz fideo
Oil
4 Roma tomatoes
1 small white onion; 1/2 cut into strips
2 garlic cloves
4 New Mexico or guajillo chile pods
1 chile ancho
1 cup baby carrots; chopped
1 calabacita; small diced
1-2 potatoes; small diced
1 handful of cilantro
10 cups water or chicken broth
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 -2 tbsp tomato bouillon
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Favorite chicken seasoning
Salt to taste
