Ibis Hotel Nana - Budget Hotel Soi 4 Bangkok Thailand

Ibis Hotel Nana is a budget hotel located in Bangkok Sukhumvit Soi 4. Prices for this room start from ~20 USD (700-800 baht) but can reach up to 40 USD during the high season. I paid around 26 EUR per night which comes around 1000 baht per night.

This video shows Ibis Hotel Nana "superior room" with king-sized beds. There are also twin-bed rooms available. However, all of the rooms appear to be the same. Expect family rooms to be slightly different, but I'm not sure if this hotel has any at all.

- Ibis Hotel Nana location?
The hotel is located on a popular street called Soi 4 Sukhumvit Bangkok (SOI NANA). Ibis Hotel is around 400 meters from the start of the Soi 4. The location is ideal for those who want to visit certain nightlife spots like NANA PLAZA. If you planning to use Bangkok's Skytrain system (BTS), the NANA station is easily reachable by walking. ~500-meter walk via SOI 6 or taking a free shuttle from the hotel (services on day time). The location is also ideal for walkers who want to experience Bangkok's streets.

- Is Ibis Hotel NANA girl/guest friendly?
Yes, this hotel is guest/girl friendly. However, like in most hotels in Bangkok limit is 2 adults per room at the same time. 2 Adults per room can stay in the same room without additional charges.

- Ibis hotel Nana breakfast?
Breakfast is currently available from 150++ baht (175 net) per person if it's not included in your room rate. Please note that this price can change depending on the season.

- How are the views from the hotel room?
Don't expect great views in this hotel, as there are only 7 floors. Views are limited to OMNI TOWER Hotel's parking lot and another side has views of IBIS NANA parking lot and NANA street.

- Is IBIS NANA BANGKOK clean hotel?
As it's part of the Accorhotels brand it's quite a clean hotel even though is starting to be an old hotel. Never had any problems with a dirty sheet or anything like that. Lately, the rooms have been refurbished and the design has been changed. (Before the rooms looked very different with a red design, also the bathroom sink has been changed to a brighter color. )

- Does Ibis Nana hotel have a swimming pool or fitness center?
No, there is no fitness center or swimming pool. Before you could use, the Grand Sukhumvit (Accorhotel in SOI 6) fitness center and swimming pool at discounted prices. However, now it's closed and sold to a different hotel brand (IHG), so that is not possible.

- Is Ibis Nana Hotel good value for money?
While there are way better budget hotels in Bangkok with even cheaper prices. There are times when Ibis Nana can be a great choice, for example during times when Bangkok hotels run at high capacity 30 USD for this location can be a good deal. In low season, there are multiple great hotels for this price range, so it's hard to recommend it. Also, there is a new IBIS Styles hotel located less than 100 meters away, which has way better rooms, a fitness center, and a rooftop swimming pool included in the price.

I mainly use IBIS Nana hotel to do bonus runs with AccorHotels deals, in some cases, you might earn 2000-6000 points which is worth 40-120 EUROS, which means you actually make money by staying here (get more worth of points than you pay for per night).

Accor members get welcome drinks and welcome amenities, but in IBIS hotels, they aren't worth much paying attention to. Also, more pleasing rooms (extra water bottles, and so on... depending on status), and early and late check-out are possible for members.

- Are the staff friendly?
Yes, the staff is great here, and most of them speak great English.
