Flan (crème caramel)

Ingredients:
• 6 large eggs
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 35 oz (just over 4 cups) 2% milk
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• Nonstick vegetable oil spray

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, condensed milk, and 2% milk until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
2. Add the sugar to a Bundt pan and place it directly over low heat on the stovetop. Heat gently until the sugar melts and turns a golden amber color, swirling the pan occasionally to prevent burning.
3. Remove from heat and let the caramel cool and harden slightly. Once cooled, lightly spray the inner walls of the pan with vegetable oil.
4. Pour the milk mixture into the prepared pan. Place the Bundt pan in a water bath (double boiler method), then transfer to a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C).
5. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the flan is set and firm to the touch.
6. Allow to cool completely before inverting. For best results, see our step-by-step video for unmolding.
