The quickest and easiest way I've found to kill 6 enemies with a single use of the True Grit class technique, possibly the most taxing of the challenges required to get your Assault Class character to Level 10.

If the enemies don't spawn like this for you, you may also find a patrol of 5 and 2 with a vehicle on the road immediately above and to the left of the one in the video, which will serve just as well.
