Today I am going to share south indian sambar masala powder recipe in hindi. There were many variations of sambar powder available. kerala sambar powder , tamil sambar powder , brahmin sambar powder , udupi sambar powder, etc. Today we are going to see how to make kerala style sambhar masala powder recipe in hindi. Later on I will post other variations of sambar powder also. You can use this south indian masala for making instant sambar easily at home.

Ingredients :
Coriander seed - 3 .5 Tbsp ( 30gm)
Kashmiri Chilli - 15 nos ( 20 gm) ( if not available use kashmiri chilli powder)
Red Chilli - 25 nos (30gm) ( mild spicy )
Fenugreek - 1 .5 tsp
Chana dal (split chickpeas ) - 5 Tbsp
Urad Dal (skinless black gram ) - 3 Tbsp
Rice - 2 Tbsp ( take red rice or white rice)
curry leaves - 2 strings
Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
Kada Hing (Compounded Asafoetida) - 1 tbsp (30 gm) ( if hing not available, use hing powder)
