changing the internal fitout & battling with the heat

Since leaving Hokkaido we have had a bit of a shock to the system with this intense heat and it’s both the humidity we struggle with and not having aircon in the car while we sleep, has been tough for us both. We both can deal with dry Australian heat but Japanese summer is intense.

Andy has done an incredible job with the design and layout of the car, but because Serena hurt her back before we left, last minute changes were needed with the sleeping arrangements.

This then didn’t give us enough time to do any shake down trips to make changes/improvements to our setup. So we knew that we’d might have to make changes while on the road, we found a place and Andy worked his magic again!
