Hey there! Welcome to your 30 minutes of motivating rebounding cardio and strength training work with light dumbbells. This is a no repeat routine with 30 different moves. Each move is one minute in length and we will alternate between a cardio move and a strength training exercise. This is a full body workout that will leave you drenched and feeling on top of the world so that you’re ready for anything that your day brings you. This is an all standing workout done on the rebounder, that will challenge your endurance your balance, and your focus and WE ARE HERE FOR IT. I am using 3lb dumbbells for reference.
