Automate Employee Offboarding with PowerShell Script | Create PowerShell Profile

In this video we will first create a PowerShell profile. This profile will allow us to set a home directory for when we fist open up PowerShell and we will also create aliases and functions to run our scripts.

The script we will cover today will be the offboarding process of an employee. In many cases we do not want to just delete users. This is because maybe certain files, directories or even processes are locked in with permissions by said user. If the user is deleted now we would run into some issues. Whereas if we just disable the user we will still have access to said object. This process would vary from one organization to the next.
