Spec Ops The Line is a third-person shooter developed by Yager Development and published by 2K Games. The game starts in the middle of an action-packed moment where Walker, Adams, and Lugo are flying through the ruins of Dubai in a helicopter while fighting off enemy choppers. A sudden sandstorm throws everything out of control, sending one of the helicopters crashing into them. The story then rewinds back to the beginning, as Delta Force enters the buried city and begins uncovering what really happened to the 33rd Battalion.
The Dubai setting provides unique level design, vertical combat, and a mix of open and ruined environments shaped by the massive sandstorms.
