1/3 cup castor sugar (75 gr)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream (120 gr)
1/2 cup heavy cream (120 ml)
1 1/2 tbsp cake flour (12 gr)
2 tsp lemon juice

Crumble
2 tbsp unsalted butter (30 gr), cold
2 tbsp castor sugar (30 gr)
1/4 cup cake flour (30 gr)
1/3 cup almond flour (30 gr)
A pinch of salt
2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (120 gr)

2 sdm mentega tawar (30 gr), lelehkan

Cheesecake
225 gr cream cheese, suhu ruang
1/3 cangkir gula pasir halus (75 gr)
2 telur
1 sdt ekstrak vanila
1/2 cangkir krim asam/sour cream (120 gr)
1/2 cangkir heavy whipping cream (120 ml)
1 1/2 sdm tepung protein rendah (12 gr)
2 sdt air lemon

Crumble
2 sdm mentega tawar (30 gr), dingin
2 sdm gula pasir halus (30 gr)
1/4 cangkir tepung protein rendah (30 gr)
1/3 cangkir tepung almond (30 gr)
Secubit garam
2/3 cangkir bluberi segar atau frozen (120 gr)
