Hadrians wall is one of the UKs most iconic landmarks, it was built in 122 and measures 73 miles separating what is more or less modern day scotland and now England. This transformative journey (which is almost 3 marathons back to back to back) is not for the faint of heart, but for those willing to tap into their peak potential and unlock their mental strength. Inspired by the likes of David Goggins, I'll be putting my resilience mindset to the test through ultra marathon running, ultra endurance, and other grueling challenges. But this isn't just about physical fitness - it's about cultivating mental toughness, setting transformative goals, and adopting productivity hacks to propel myself towards a life overhaul.
