Ingredients for tart shells: 250g All-purpose flour
120g Unsalted butter
1tbsp Cold water
2tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
a pinch of salt

For vanilla cream: 4 Eggs
500ml Milk
4tbsp Corn starch
8tbsp Sugar
50g Unsalted butter
1 sachet Vanilla sugar(8g)
2tsp Vanilla paste

For decorating: Fresh fruit
Time for bake: 180 degreesC 20-25 minutes
