Pork Neck in Sauce
Ingredients for the Sauce:
• 2.5 kg pork neck
• 5 onions
• 1 parsnip
• A piece of celery root
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 cup flour
• Seasonings: 5 tablespoons sweet paprika, 2 tablespoons of your favorite curry spice mix, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon salt, a few dried mushrooms, 1 bay leaf, a pinch of rosemary
• Olive oil
• Optional: 100 ml rum or liqueur
• 0.5 liter water
Instructions:
Prepare the Flour Mixture: Mix the flour with 3 tablespoons of paprika and the curry spice mix.
Coat and Brown the Meat: Cut the pork into cubes, coat each piece in the flour mixture, and sauté in batches in ninja foodi. Stir occasionally.
Add the Vegetables: Dice the onions and bell pepper, and grate the parsnip and celery. Add them all to the pot and stir to combine.
Season and Add Liquid: Once everything is in the pot, add the remaining paprika, soy sauce, optional rum, salt, dried mushrooms, bay leaf, and rosemary. Pour in the water and stir.
Cook Under Pressure: Set the Ninja Foodi to Pressure Cook for 20 minutes.

Potato Dumplings (Kopytka)
Ingredients
• 1 kg potatoes
• 200 g flour
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water until tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl, allowing them to cool completely.
2. Mash the Potatoes: Pass the cooled potatoes through a potato ricer.
3. Make the Dough: Add the flour, egg, and a pinch of salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
4. Shape the Dumplings: Place the dough on a floured surface and divide it into 4 portions. Roll each portion into a log.
5. Cut the Dumplings: Flatten each log slightly, then cut into pieces about 1.5 - 2 cm wide.
6. Cook the Dumplings: In batches, place the dumplings in boiling salted water in a large pot. Cook for about 3 minutes after they rise to the surface or until tender.
7. Serve: Stir the water gently with a wooden spoon to prevent sticking. Use a slotted spoon to remove the dumplings and serve.
