Come along on my first quick kayak in this boat. It’s the golden hour on the delta, and it’s lovely. The boat is fantastic, and I had a wonderful 1.5 hour paddle. This video is the second in a three part series that documents my first weekend with the boat (who’s name is Misty). The next video is a my first epic day of paddling. I tend to get a bit ambitious with things, and this weekend was no exception. On the day this video was shot, I put the whole thing together, got it in the water and made a few adjustments, and then took this 1.5 hour golden hour paddle. The next day, I went up the river for a 5 hour, 7.5 mile round trip adventure.
