I AM VERY SMART. This crazy deck makes you a genius!

Uatu the Watcher got a "buff" this week, and I wanted to try him out! So I built this fun "recon" deck where you can gather as much information as possible.

Power Estimate: This deck exceeded my expectations. It was made as a meme, but has just enough roots in a real Control deck that it can win some games. I actually had a 64% winrate with it, and though I wouldn't expect it to be viable on ladder, it's probably not terrible either, if you want to have some fun.
