White - Lead white, plays nicely with others, transparent
Cad Yellow Pale - HIGH chroma, LIGHT value, “cooler” yellow (leans towards green), opaque, strong (EDIT: I now use Cad yellow from Micheal Harding)
Yellow Ochre - MID chroma, MID value, “warmer” yellow (leans towards orange), opaque, weak
Raw Umber -LOW Chroma, DARK value, earthy, weak, semi transparent
Cad Red Light - HIGH chroma, LIGHT/MID value, “warm” red (leans towards orange), opaque, strong
Alizarin Crimson Permanent - HIGH chroma, DARK value, “Cool” red (leans towards purple), SUPER transparent
Burnt Umber - LOW Chroma, DARK Value, fast drying, earthy, opaque, weakish
Cobalt Brilliant Turquoise - HIGH chroma, LIGHT/MID value, “cool” blue (leans towards green), opaque, strong
Ultramarine Blue - HIGH chroma, DARK value, “warm” blue (leans towards purple), SUPER TRANSPARENT, strong
Ivory Black - LOW Chroma, DARK Value, somewhat opaque, weakish
