The Selena Cup is a menstrual cup that's made by an Austrian company. It's new to the scene and there's very little information about it, or customer reviews yet.

The Selenacup comes in three different sizes: small, medium and large. There are also two firmness options, regular and Aktiv (firm). I'm reviewing the regular small Selenacup.

As far as the cup goes, I like soft, small period cups, so this one worked well for me. However, I have a high cervix and found the length a bit too short. It has a ring instead of a stem which is why it's shorter than average.

If you have a low cervix, this shorter menstrual cup may work really well for you.

The Selenacup was easy enough to insert and remove, and I found that it didn't leak for the most part.

There are two things I don't love about the Selenacup. The first is that it's very difficult to find outside of Austria, and Germany.

The second thing is that the company is a bit deceptive about where the Selena Cup is manufactured. August 2018: We have received an update from the company. It's made in Poland.
