Downtown Burbank, California - 4K- San Fernando Blvd, Palm Avenue - Virtual Walk

This video is just a casual virtual street scene walk of the Downtown Burbank retail business and residential district along San Fernando Boulevard and Palm Avenue in Burbank, California on January 6, 2024. Downtown Burbank is accessible just east of the Interstate 5 Freeway at any of the following exits: Burbank Boulevard, Front Street to East Verdugo Avenue, or West Alameda Avenue. Burbank is known as the media capital of the world since several production companies including Warner Bros., Disney, and Cartoon Network have facilities here and are within driving distance of Hollywood and Universal Studios.

As a City within Los Angeles County, the Downtown Burbank Area on San Fernando Boulevard is a mix of retail businesses, entertainment and restaurants/taverns, offices, hotels, and residential. Also near or along this thoroughfare is the Burbank City Hall and a variety of the Burbank Town Center Shopping Mall.

Palm Avenue is a pedestrian promenade for an entire block on the south side of San Fernando Boulevard and includes several brand name restaurants, shops, and an AMC Movie Theater complex. Multi level parking garages are available in addition to the street parking. Burbank Town Center Mall has several national brand retailers anchored by department stores and one of the four remaining Sears Department stores in California (only 2 left in Southern California the other is located further south in Whittier, California).

This footage was captured later in the day however at night this place must be hopping with the variety of bars and taverns and shops and theaters - this area is worth a visit day or night when in Southern California!
