This is The 10/12/1974 Oklahoma vs Texas Game. It is a color film with radio audio. Bob Berry calls the game on the Oklahoma network. Oklahoma has a great tradition of football excellence. The Sooners of 1973, 1974 and 1975 were as good as any Oklahoma has ever fielded unfortunately they were on NCAA Probation at the time. One penalty traditionally handed out by The NCAA was a ban on TV appearences and Oklahoma got one so 73,74 and 75 are pretty much void of any video evidence of the greatness of these teams. This film with radio is one rare look. It was their toughest game against their biggest rival. I claim no rights to the film or the audio but I did author this combination.
