Lighter settings are better for riders wanting the most realistic ride action & light forces that we feel outside.

Common Pro’s with both systems (Original & PLUS)
Improved rider saddle comfort from the new motion compared to a fully rigid trainer.
Connected steering & lean function is more like outside riding than other single direction input “leverage action” rocker plates.
Low stack height sets the trainer & bike close to the floor. It is essentially the same height as the bike outside, which makes mounting and dismounting easy.
Light system weight with separated sections that are easy to set up, tear down and move around when needed.
Small footprint when in use or stored out of use.
The light system weight responds to rider action faster than other systems that are more heavy (particularly fore-aft motion). Less “sprung” mass makes the system respond more quickly.
Integrated & light leaf spring eliminates the need for a extra 10lb [5kg] counterweight to get proper & even lean action.
Maintenance-free lean leveling and fore-aft centering springs compared to inflatable springs that leak over time and need upkeep.
