Love is more than an abstract concept. In fact, it’s much simpler, according to Thupten Jinpa, who says love at its most fundamental is the “capacity to feel connected.” In this talk, Jinpa — a former monk, Tibetan Buddhist scholar and English translator to His Holiness the Dalai Lama — explains the importance of cultivating love.
