At the darkest and lowest point in my life, I decided that I wanted to and needed to change.

This is how my glow up journey began. Losing weight, clearing up my acne, and battling insomnia was a long and painful journey, but I decided to trust that I could change for the better.

Glowing up is an ongoing journey. In my glow up journal 1, I wanted to share my most vulnerable and least confident self because she has grown and helped me become who I am today. The glow up journals will be a series of self-documentary of how I re-found my self confidence and changed my life for the better by taking control of my life again.
