The Unexpected State of Battlefield 3 in 2024

I'm sure Battlefield 3 needs no introduction. It was the best looking game of 2011 and it's my personal favourite in the Battlefield series. Iconic maps, iconic gameplay, iconic memories.

But even with a dedicated fanbase, could Battlefield 3 still be alive 13 years later? The outdated server list on a web browser, the increase in video game cheaters and the increasing number of newer games in the series might leave this game in the dust with empty lobbies...but is that really the case?
