Did you know that three quarters of children in the UK spend under an hour outside a day... That's less than a prison inmate!!! That fact has certainly encouraged me to step outside with the kids every day and make sure we all breathe in some fresh air! There’s so much fun to be had outside - swings, slides, muddy puddles, feeding the ducks, climbing trees… It’s time to get mucky!
