Hanging garden Kalba Sharjah | New attraction in Sharjah |

With over 100,000 trees spanning an area of 1.6 million square feet and towering at a height of 281 meters above sea level, the UAE's latest attraction - Hanging Gardens in Kalba - is now open for residents.The garden, located on the Sharjah-Kalba Road, was inaugurated by Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on March 8.
The Emirate of Sharjah puts great emphasis on family and has created many fabulous family destinations both in urban and rural areas. Kalba Hanging Gardens is the latest of these and it was certainly full of families having fun together during my visit.The lower area of the park includes play areas for different age groups along with benches for accompanying adults. Other seating areas were scattered around.

Entry fee - AED 5 per person
Parking fee - First 15mins is free. After that Aed 5 per hour.
