Subarus have common air conditioning problems where it starts out cold when you use the air conditioning and then after a while it warms up. This means the AC clutch is not working and you need to remove the shims which look like small washers. By removing the small washer, the AC will engage properly. I only recommend moving one or two washers at a time do this at your own risk!
