M-Cure- Retrofit UV Curing Systems-
M-Cure is a range of Retrofit UV Systems for Offset, Gravure & Label Flexo Presses. Water Cooled UV Lamp-Head-Group Alpna has its own customized design of UV lamp-heads for different Presses as Offet, Label Flexo, and Rotogravure Presses. The exceptionally compact design utilizes quick-release air/water couplings and a single quick-release plug for power and control. Lamp-heads are equipped with Aluminum glass reflectors and have optionally available Di-Chroic reflectors for handling a wide range of substrates from board to heat-sensitive plastics. Shuttered & water-cooled design offers high safety for machines and substrates. Inner jacket of UV lamp-head is equipped with thermic sensors to provide safety from heat-ups and fire. Ratings of the UV lamps are in the range of 120 watts per cm to 160 watts per cm for customized applications. The lamp head ensures minimal heating of the substrate and press due to enhanced water-cooling and excellent heat decapitation mechanism. Quick Setting for changing exposure pattern from Flood to focused UV output makes it best in its segment.
Energy Cube-
The energy cube is the unit that provides stable power to UV Lamp Heads. Energy Cube is a consolidated unit to maintain communication and synchronization between Hardware and electrical subsystems. M-Cure is powered by Electronic Power Supplies which are independently installed in the cabinet and keep on maintaining the required power supplies to the lamps. All safety sensors and subsystems are interlinked to provide high safety for Man & Machine. 10 inches Touch screen G.U.I allows customer to operate entire set off systems by single click and also make data storage trouble shooting.
Heat Management Systems- Managing heat in such retrofit systems is very critical for its performance and safety. M-Cure has got two sub heat extraction systems for its operations-
Water Cooling System- Since M-Cure uses high-intensity lamps of 160 watts/cm that’s why majority of heat is controlled by Chilled Water Circulation in the lamp heads. An Air Cooled Chiller of sufficient capacity along with a water distributor system to manage flow pressure and thermic conditions of the water is part of the M-Cure UV Curing System. This highly efficient German Chiller is not only excellent in its cooling performance but also manage ample amount of power-saving. Water Flow for heat decapitation is critical and kept under strong vigilance of water distributor to avoid any kind of risk to man and machine.
Air Cooling system- Air Cube is another heat extraction system that sucks all the dense air and produced Ozone out of the press room. This independent panel is equipped with high-quality blowers along with all systems to manage exhaust in every lamp position.

Safety -Installation of High Voltage UV lamps can harm an expensive offset machine if anyone avoids the safety parameters. Alpna’s M-Cure UV Curing system is a proven system with a built-in electrical and mechanical safety mechanism. Synchronization of subsystems like Water Chiller, Air Cube, Water Distributor with GUI helps the operator control the entire system. Water Chiller is equipped with High Pressure, Low Pressure, Water Level inbuilt safety mechanism. Thermic sensors are installed in every lamp-head which gives signal cassette thermic conditions.
Diagnostics & Service back up- M-cure UV Curing System is equipped with advance diagnostic systems to ensure time-bound after-sales services.
